Welcome to Auchinairn Bowling Club

Auchinairn Bowling Club was formed in 1947 by members of the community to provide social and recreation facilities, further details of which can be found at About Us/Beginnings page.

Our original clubhouse was a used railway carriage, which is signified on our club crest and clothing.

We are situated at 94 Auchinairn Road, directly opposite Littlehill Golf Club, we have a membership in the region of 150 full members and approximately 90 associate members.

We are actively involved in Scottish, Glasgow, Kirkintilloch & district and Springburn & district leagues. We also participate in the annual Glasgow / Ayrshire competition.

Our bowling season begins around the second week in April and continues to finals day at the end of August and closes around the first week in October.

The club welcomes all visitors.

The above pictures are of the bowling green looking in a North Westerly direction. You will notice the electric fence, fitted to deter the foxes, of which we have a healthy family which visits often, accessing the green.
